What is the REVIX knee ice pack wrap used for?
The REVIX knee ice pack wrap provides targeted cooling around the kneecap (patella) to help soothe temporary discomfort associated with knee stiffness, arthritis, patellar tendonitis, and post-workout soreness. Its built-in Ice Grid design focuses cooling on the patella area, making it suitable for everyday knee cold therapy and sports recovery routines.
Can this knee ice pack help with arthritis or patellar tendonitis discomfort?
Yes. The REVIX knee ice pack features built-in cooling grids positioned around the patella to provide focused cold therapy for temporary discomfort associated with knee arthritis, patellar tendonitis, and repetitive knee movements. It is designed for cooling comfort and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
What knee sizes does the REVIX adjustable ice pack wrap fit?
The REVIX knee ice pack wrap fits knee circumferences from 10 to 16 inches. Its adjustable straps provide a secure, personalized fit for both men and women, helping the wrap stay comfortably in place without being held by hand. The lightweight design makes it convenient for cold therapy while resting or relaxing.
How is this knee ice pack different from a traditional knee ice wrap?
Unlike bulky full-coverage knee ice wraps, the REVIX patella ice pack features a lightweight, breathable construction with terry fabric and soft ice silk lining. The built-in Ice Grid design delivers targeted cooling around the kneecap while reducing unnecessary bulk and heat buildup, providing comfortable hands-free cooling during recovery routines.
How long should I use the REVIX knee ice pack at one time?
For general knee cold therapy, apply the REVIX knee ice pack for approximately 15–20 minutes per session, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider. Use a protective fabric layer between the frozen wrap and your skin, check your skin regularly, and allow it to return to its normal temperature before repeating cold therapy. Avoid wearing the frozen ice pack continuously for extended periods.
Is the REVIX knee ice pack reusable and leak-proof?
Yes. The REVIX reusable knee ice pack is constructed with double-sealed seams designed to resist leaks and tears during repeated use. It also comes with a convenient freezer storage bag that helps keep the adjustable straps clean and odor-free while stored, so the knee cold wrap is ready for your next cooling session.
