All orders are charged free shipping for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries, no minimum spends demand.

Please note that we currently do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We currently only ship to the countries and regions listed above.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Standard shipping is our default shipping method.

If you would like expedited shipping, we may be able to arrange it for an additional $5 shipping fee and the estimated delivery time will be 2-3 business days. Please leave a note when placing your order, or contact us by email as soon as possible after placing the order.

If no note or email request is received, your order will be shipped with standard free shipping by default.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING INFORMATION

We usually arrange shipment within 24 hours after receiving your order. In some cases, processing may take a little longer due to weekends, holidays, warehouse schedules, or carrier schedules.

Please note that tracking information may not be updated immediately after the shipment is arranged. This does not mean that your order has not been shipped. In some cases, the package may be prepared and released from the warehouse before the carrier provides or activates the tracking number. Once the tracking number becomes available, we will update it and send it to you by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.

Your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred.

As we may ship via carriers such as USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, or local postal services, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the efficiency of the local postal service.

 

RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition that you received them and with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

 

2. RETURN TERMS

  • REVIX offers a 30-day return policy.
  • If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund or a free replacement.
  • For the return caused by incorrect or missing address information, the shipping charges are born by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Last bu not least, please contact our customer service at support@revixcare.com to confirm the nearest warehouse address for you.
  • We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
