SHIPPING RATES

  1. USA: All orders are charged free shipping for the US users, no minimum spends demand.
  2. CA:  All orders are charged free shipping for the CA users, no minimum spends demand.
  3. The Rest of the World: We charge $40 for standard shipping and $50 for express shipping from other users.

 

DELIVERY TIME

1. We have our warehouse on US, so it will be very fast from US users place an order to receive the parcel, 5-7 days or so. So as the CA users.

2. The Standard Shipping for users from the rest of the worldwill be 10 days.

3. The Express Shipping for users from the rest of the world will be 7 days.

 PLACE NOTE:

  • Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
  • Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
  • Your package may be subjected to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred, buyer may have to pay tax base on your countries imported product tax rate.
  • As we ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

1.RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition that you received it and with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

 

 

2.RETURN TERMS

  • REVIXoffers a 30-day return policy.
  • If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund or a free replacement.
  • For the return caused by incorrect or missing address information, the shipping charges are born by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Last bu not least, please contact our customer service at support@revixcare.com to confirm the nearest warehouse address for you.
  • We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
