1.RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition that you received them and with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

2.RETURN TERMS

  • REVIXoffers a 30-day return policy.
  • If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get a 100% refund or a free replacement.
  • For the return caused by incorrect or missing address information, the shipping charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Last but not least, please contact our customer service at support@revixcare.com to confirm the nearest warehouse address for you.
  • We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
